The foam inserts help keep pressure off the spine of higher-withered horses and those with atrophied back muscles.
The inserts are removeable for round and well-muscled horses.

The regular size is suitable for treeless, stock and half-breed saddles. It’s also designed to fit the regular-size LightRider bareback pad with some space around the edges.
Small is suitable for dressage and English style saddles. It will also fit under the small LightRider bareback pad, or regular size with no space around it.

Regular size measures 57cm/23″ along the spine and 49cm/19″ deep.

Small size measures 50cm/20″ along the spine and 45cm/17″ deep.
